Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions
Domestic delivery only (Germany).
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,9 € per order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If there is something wrong with our products or you are dissatisfied, please contact us before you send the items back. We understand that with ordering online, sometimes expectations differ from our offer and we want to accommodate you. However, we are forced to cancel the rainforest protection for returned orders.

Until when can you return the goods?
You can return the (unopened) goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods to receive a credit note.

What will be refunded?
Our products are natural. hence, for hygienic reasons, only plates that are in the intact packaging (foil) can be returned. If any of the packaging is opened, please remove these plates before returning them, as we cannot refund them. We will then proceed with a partial refund.

How can you send the return to us?
